DID YOU KNOW: We Have a Legal Psilocybin Treatment Center in Town
And they're coming up on their 2nd year in business.
Unstuck has become part of the growing alternative-wellness landscape, offering legal psilocybin services in a private, facilitator-led setting.
Coming up on two years after launching, Unstuck Psilocybin Treatment Center continues to offer a type of service still unfamiliar to many people: legal, guided psilocybin sessions conducted under Oregon’s state-regulated framework.
Unstuck markets itself as a private, professionally run space for adults seeking healing, insight, or relief from patterns that have left them feeling, as the name suggests, stuck.
Founded as a licensed psilocybin facilitation center, Unstuck says it serves clients from Corvallis and beyond through a structured process that includes consultation, preparation, a guided administration session, and post-session integration support.
On its website (www.unstuckoregon.com), the center emphasizes privacy, one-on-one attention, and a calm, plant-focused environment rather than a clinical or retreat-style atmosphere.
“Every session at Unstuck is conducted under the guidance of experienced, state-licensed facilitators, with emotional and physical safety as the highest priority.”
Under Oregon law, psilocybin services are legal only at licensed service centers and only under supervision. Unstuck’s website highlights that clients do not take psilocybin off-site, and that sessions are conducted within the state’s regulatory system, with screening, supervision and emergency readiness built into the process.
For those unfamiliar with how the experience works, Unstuck conducts a multi-step process… beginning with a confidential call to determine fit and eligibility. That is followed by preparation sessions intended to clarify goals and readiness, then a guided session at the center, and later integration support aimed at helping clients process what came up and apply it to daily life.
Education and knowledge is important. Especially in fields as niche as this. A large part of Unstuck’s pitch is the background of its facilitators.
Co-founder Jessica Reich holds a doctorate in physical therapy and has spent more than a decade in healthcare. Other facilitators listed on the site include professionals with backgrounds in addiction treatment, psychedelic harm reduction, acupuncture and integrative medicine, grief work, occupational therapy, healthcare administration, mental health practice and psychology.
Two facilitators, Dan and Kim Golletz, are described as clinical psychologists with roughly 30 years of experience, and Kim Golletz is also identified as having served on Oregon’s Psilocybin Advisory Board.
“All facilitators are state-licensed and trauma-informed. Many have backgrounds in mental health care.”
Pricing places the service firmly in the out-of-pocket wellness category. Unstuck lists private individual journeys at roughly $1,800 to $2,900, depending on payment method and package details. The center says it offers a 10% discount for first responders, healthcare workers, active military, and veterans. Insurance is not accepted.
Obviously, accessibility remains one of the biggest realities of Oregon’s psilocybin system, based on those prices. But Unstuck has stuck around for almost two years now. Plus, there is a lot of cost and expenses with running a clinic like this. The industry’s high overhead is driven by specialized staff, high-security requirements, QA testing for the product, legal and compliance costs, licensing fees, etc.
Unstuck co-founder Jessica Reich also appears in the center’s video content, including a facilitator profile and explanatory videos about what clients can expect from a session. Click here to watch the 10-minute video on YouTube.
